From the start to the end of the renovation process, i.Poise truly embodies creativity and professionalism on top of having an ID team that are good at what they do.

Design artistry and expertise, project management and responsiveness are key elements that we look at when engaging an ID and throughout our entire renovation journey, i.Poise delivers on all fronts.

Every stage of the renovation process (starting from design consultation to handover) was very coordinated and that shows the commitment and professionalism i.Poise brings. Additionally, i.Poise was also very accommodating to our many requests (whether it was meeting times or last minute design changes) as long its were within practicable means.

We would like to give a big shoutout of thanks to Alicia, Eugene, Chelsea, Mark and Daniel for creating a beautiful home for my family!

P.s. Besides having a great design team, i.Poise also has a very good project management team (and that is key to ensuring that designs come to life)!

I’m incredibly grateful for the exceptional renovation experience I had with i.Poise Design. Engaging them to transform my aged resale flat—over 50 years old—was one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the very beginning, I felt assured and confident that my home was in good hands.

A special thank you to Alan Pang, my interior designer, and the entire i.Poise team. What truly impressed me was that i.Poise didn’t just assign a designer—they deployed a full, experienced team who treated my project with the same care and dedication as if it were their own home. Their efficiency, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding.

Despite not stepping into the house during the entire 3-month renovation period, I was kept well-informed through regular updates, videos, and schedules. This level of communication gave me peace of mind and allowed me to fully entrust the process to them.
Alan was incredibly patient and meticulous throughout the journey. He answered all my queries thoughtfully and offered creative yet practical ideas. His openness to changes and his guidance made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Even when minor hiccups occurred, the team responded swiftly and resolved issues with professionalism and care.

I wholeheartedly recommend i.Poise Design to anyone seeking a reliable, trustworthy, and client-focused renovation firm. They truly put themselves in the client’s shoes and work with passion and integrity.

Thank you Alicia, Eugene, Alan, Mark, Daniel, and all the dedicated contractor workers for your hard work and commitment. You’ve turned our vision into reality, and the final result has far exceeded our expectations. My children and I are beyond thrilled with our dream home.

Highly Recommended – Exceptional Renovation by the Ipoise Team ✨

From a very rundown unit to a beautiful home with simple, clean English vibes — the transformation was truly amazing. It was a full overhaul, yet the Ipoise team managed everything with impressive detail and teamwork.

From the design phase right down to the smallest bits of cleaning work, their dedication showed.

Alicia, Eugene, Alan, Mark n Chong worked closely as a team with us throughout the entire process.
They know their products well, they were patient with all our requests, and always offered thoughtful, professional input. Alicia, you have very good staff like Alan & Chong.

Despite a tight timeline, they completed the renovation and even handed over the unit to us two days earlier than expected — giving me time to arrange the delivery of new items smoothly.

I’m genuinely impressed and grateful for their hard work. I highly recommend Ipoise team to anyone looking for ID support to bring their dream home to life. 🙌

We engaged iPoise for the renovation of our 4-room resale HDB flat, and we are very happy with the outcome. What really stood out was their bold, creative approach — they weren’t afraid to suggest fresh, radical ideas that completely transformed the space. Every room now feels unique, functional and full of character.

Like to give a special shoutout to Chong who managed the renovation project with commitment and dedication. He is organized and responsive, always ensuring that things are running smoothly and he coordinated all the moving parts well.

As with all renovation projects, while there were a few minor bumps along the way, the team was always ready to resolve them and kept communication open throughout. Their professionalism and commitment to quality really showed.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to move beyond cookie-cutter designs, and bring something bold and exciting to your house renovation!

We are downsizing from a landed house to a condo and confronted by the smaller living space with limited storage facilities. Looking through the internet, we were drawn towards iPoise Design. There were many positive reviews and their designs look modern and pleasing to the eyes. They were also transparent and upfront with their costings.
The iPoise team of Alicia, Eugene, Mark and Chelsea designed and created for us a simple, pleasant and comfortable living space that suits our requirements.
Looking forward to move into our new home. Thank you iPoise.

I have to say that in addition to your design team, your project management team provided professional and reliable services to my 3B/2B condo unit renovation. They often work at weekend or even late night to reply to my query promptly. They guided experienced carpenter, electrical and plumbing workers to finish the works at good quality. Their advices on daily maintenance of my unit are useful.
Thank you again, i.Poise design team	!

We just bought a very old apartment hence it is not easy for renovation with rotting pipes and tiles.

We approached iPoise after we were impressed by their HDB transformation via YouTube. Indeed we made a right choice to work with iPoise summarized below:

1)	Attention to details - Joel exuded confidence to rebuild our place in the first consultation. Subsequently, he designed our new home with all our ideas in which other design firms failed to remember or do it during the first presentation.

2)	Design flexibility – We are quite conservative so it is a bit different than iPoise stylish and modern portfolios, but they were able to accommodate our needs and meet our preferences. In addition, we were able to make changes and decisions based on their 3D render which was pretty accurate.

3)	Keep you in charge of the cost – Joel constantly updated the quotations so that we could decide which options to have design and/or material change in different stages and processes. iPoise also took initiative to reduce cost proportionally when we used only a bit less materials and/or work force.

4)	Expert advice – Joel and Alicia always provided invaluable comments. When there were major issues for our place, they reacted and provided immediate assistance so that we had peace in mind that our place was in good hands.

5)	Excellent after-sales service – this was a major re-built so some issues after hand-over would be inevitable. Our project manager, Chong, together with Joel and Alicia worked above and beyond to fix all the issues, regardless how minor it was.

6)	Project delivered within timeframe – We planned to move in prior to Christmas. Although timeline was a bit tight but Alicia, Joel and Chong helped to prioritize the project hence all just in time.

A big thank you to Joel and Alicia's team to rebuild our home!
